All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Once a booking is confirmed, 20twenty plus will confirm the booking for all accommodation, tours, land transfers
and Safaris. Vouchers will be issued 1 month prior to your departure date. No vouchers are required for the Kruger sector of your tour (if applicable) as the booking confirmation is suffice.
All payments made are non- refundable once a booking has been confirmed.
Change of dates – Clients are allowed 1 change of date at no cost and any subsequent change will incur a cost of $150 per date change. Change of dates for flights will incur the cost (to the clients) of the airlines change of date policy at the date of the request.
Final payments for tours are due on specified payment dates and should the client fail to make the final payment on due date, the tour will automatically be cancelled.
The airlines terms and conditions will be applicable to all flights booked. Once a flight ticket has been issued, no refunds are permitted.
Flights will be issued between 1 – 3 months prior to the departure date.
No change of names is allowed on issued tickets. Change of itineraries will incur a cost at the prevailing airline rate.
Travel and cancellation insurance are mandatory for all clients.
All insurances are the sole the responsibility of the client. Before a client commences a tour, he/she should arrange his/her own insurance with protection for the full duration of the travel, to cover including but not limited to, personal injury, damage and loss of personal items including but not limited to camera equipment and other electronic equipment, medical expenses, repatriation expenses and loss of luggage. 20twenty plus will not be held liable for any losses or costs.
If a client falls ill or injured on tour or safari, all hospital expenses, medical expenses, doctor’s fees and repatriation costs are the client’s responsibility and 20twenty plus shall not be liable for any medical costs.
“Force Majeure” means, in relation to the Company, any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company (including, but not limited to, acts of God, explosion, flood, fire, war or threat of war, sabotage, civil disturbance, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions or other unexpected occurrences).
The Company shall not be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise be liable to the Client,
by reason of delay in performance, or by non-performance, of any of its obligations here under to the extent that any such delay or non-performance is due to any Force Majeure.
If the Company is affected by Force Majeure it shall be entitled to, and may in its sole and absolute discretion, vary or cancel any itinerary or arrangement in relation to the tour or safari.
No refunds are given for circumstances arising beyond the Company’s control, necessitating alternative arrangements being made to ensure the safety and/or further participation and enjoyment of the tour or safari.
It is the sole responsibility of the clients to ensure they meet all visa and vaccination requirements for each country being visited. 20twenty plus will not be held responsible should the clients not be allowed entry into a country should they not meet the visa or medical requirements of the country. We will endeavour to provide guidance but changes to visa and vaccination requirements are beyond our control.
No refunds are permitted once a booking has been confirmed.
No refunds are permitted for cancellation of flights and the airlines terms and conditions will apply.

All tours booked via Webjet or Inspiring Vacations will be subject to Webjet or Inspiring Vacations terms and conditions at the time of booking.
